Dedicated Search And Rescue Dog Dies After Saving 7 People Trapped In Earthquake Rubble

Dayko the hero dog, who saved seven people from under the rubble after an enormous earthquake in Ecuador, died in the week from the heatstroke. Dayko gave up the ghost to place it more emotionally because he loved saving human lives quite he cherished his own.

The official explanation for death for Dayko was a “major coronary myocardial infarct and acute respiratory failure,” consistent with the Facebook page of Cuerpo De Bomberos Ibarra Ibarra. The brave dog was just four years old and had been with the hearth department for over three years.

Hundreds of firefighters and rescue staff attended Dayko’s funeral along side their rescue pups and gave their hero a correct farewell.
Dayko’s family and friends said within the Facebook post on the hearth department: This 4-legged friend gave his life within the line of duty. many thanks Dayko for your courageous endeavor.

The Ibarra local department is functioning with several search dogs to save lots of those trapped under the debris of the 7.8-magnitude earthquake last Saturday, which left a minimum of 650 people dead. All humans and their rescue pups have paid Dayko their respects.
