Howl of A dog doesn’t know Dora’s past, all they know is that once they rescued her from a shelter she was underweight and had some skin problems, and a haunted expression that hinted at a tragic history. “She seemed lost within the hopelessness of her past and didn’t realize she had been saved,” said the Romanian animal rescue.
