“Hey Fat Girl, you better find out how to prevent your f***ing dog from barking within the backyard all day or it'll get a few of rat poisoned meatballs. You Decide! Welcome to Melrose Street!”
The woman visited authorities and filed a complaint about the note, but they dismissed her fears, but when a neighbor of Elaine’s found his dog poisoned shortly after they were forced to research further.
After investigating round the neighborhood, the officers were shocked to seek out out that a complete of 11 dogs are victims of suspicious poisoning during the past year!
