Pet Owner Claimed ‘She Didn’t Notice’ Dog Starving To Death!

This story tells that RSPCA rescued a poor dog weighing only 16 pounds. The German shepherd was starved to death by her owners!

She was owned by a 46-year-old man called Richard and his wife, Sara Locke, who claimed that they didn't notice that their dog is starving to death. TheThe person already has a prison record of neglecting animals.

And now, the Grimsby Magistrates’ Court convicted his 37-year-old wife for neglecting this poor puppy called Queenie.
