Older dog, possibly blind and deaf, urgently in need of rescue

An older dog, who could also be both blind and deaf, is urgently need of rescue from an animal control agency in Fort Worth , Texas. The mixed breed dog is at the Fort Worth Animal Care facility and he's listed as “rescue only.”
