Faithful Dog Waits Beside His Owner’s Bed in the Hospital Not Knowing That He Has Passed Away

Whenever a loved one dies, we will mourn for a period of time. However, a pet who has been their most loyal companion for quiet time may never understand when this happens. A sweet and constant dog was seen waiting patiently for his owner and sat beside his single bed for an extended time, unknowing that his owner will never return.

A photo shows Moose, a three-year-old Labrador mix from New Jersey while he's waiting beside the single bed of his owner. The poor dog is unaware that his owner has passed and is left alone. However, some people took pictures of him and shared them on the Internet, hoping to find an alternative family for Moose who loves him and give him an alternative home. Moose has been waiting beside his owner’s single bed for an extended time. Northstar Pet Rescue decided to share a photograph of Moose after he was taken to last minute Rescue in Randolph, New Jersey. They also shared some information about Moose online in hopes that there could also be a family who would adopt the poor dog.

“Please help Moose find a replacement home and a family for him to like . He’s a sweet happy boy naturally. He just needs people to assist his heart heal,” they wrote. “He may be a 3-year-old Lab mix who is housebroken, adores kids, okay with dogs (pretty much neutral to them), but not meant for a home with cats or birds. But people, boy, does he love them! such a lot in order that Moose would do best during a home where he wasn’t left home alone all day long, he misses his people an excessive amount of .”

Hundreds of people showed their interest in adopting Moose. Unsurprisingly, the post immediately went viral, and that they received many attention from people that wanted to adopt Moose. With just a couple of days since the photo was shared online, Moose found his forever home. “MOOSE HAS BEEN ADOPTED by an exquisite family who will look after and love him for the remainder of his life! many thanks again to everyone who shared his story!” Northstar Pet Rescue wrote.

Moose may have found a loving family who adopted and provided him a replacement home, but there are still many equally loyal dogs in shelters who need a loving home, too. confirm to see your local shelters if you're interested to adopt a pet.
