Two tiny dogs abandoned in a sewer in the L.A. river were rescued thanks to kids who heard their cry for help.
Citlaly Rodriguez and Isaac Barajas found the dogs and called Hope For Paws for help. They stayed with them until Loreta Frankonyte and Eldad Hagar arrived.
