At the Miami-Dade Animal Services, an urgent plea has been sent out for help rescuing a young, abused dog who presumably had been a “bait” dog when picked up by local animal control officers on Monday. All she wants to try to to is cuddle together with her stuffed toy; her welfare and future are concerning.
The two-year-old American bulldog presented with open puncture wounds, a swollen face also as her muzzle. She is extremely frightened and wishes help as soon as possible. Her shelter notes includes the subsequent details:
“THIS IS BRANDY SHE WAS BROUGHT INTO THE SHELTER BY ENFORCEMENT. She Has Multiple Injuries according to Puncture Wounds On Face& Front Legs. Face Swollen, Muzzle Swollen. Pet are going to be Sedated to guage Injuries & Provide Wound Management.”
