Siew Tuck Wah, the founding father of SOSD Singapore, said that they found an early Christmas present but a disturbing one once they found a Shih Tzu abandoned outside their shelter 2 months ago.
It was obvious that the dog was neglected severely as his eyes were scarred and infected. But the good thing was that the SOSD team did an excellent job to assist the dog feel good again, which what happened with tenderness and love. Watch the video below. Share this with your family and friends.
