He suffered for two years long after being stolen
Polo, a Shih Tzu, was stolen from his owner Jason Brandon before 2 years. He was then found by The Washington Humane Society. When the shelter checked if the dog had a microchip, they found that he had! But they were completely shocked, and no one involved him!
So they decided to call Jason and tell him they have Polo. The shelter told him that Polo was found during a cage next to a dumpster, and he was during a very bad shape.
Fortunately, Polo finally returned to New York to measure with his owner. What a cheerful ending!
