Homeless Man Sleeps Outside Of Animal Shelter Hoping That They Have Found His Lost Dog

A young homeless man was found sleeping out front of an animal shelter in the hopes that his lost dog would show up.

He didn’t have a penny to his name, but getting his dog back was all that mattered to him. A young homeless man was found sleeping ahead of an animal shelter in the hopes that his lost dog would show up. A worker at DeKalb County Animal Services in Georgia received add the morning to seek out the person lying on the sidewalk ahead of their shelter.

When they woke him up, they learned that he had spent the last of his money to require the bus over to them after his dog had gone missing. He expected them to be hospitable and to see if they found her. It seems that they have been.had. The shelter had picked up a stray fortnight earlier and brought it to their new building on the opposite side of town. That’s when the kennel technician did an act of kindness that's going viral. The shelter worker purchased his railroad ticket so he could get to the opposite location and reunite with his dog, Tata.

Their reunion was captured on camera and then the shelter wrote, “We see some amazing reunions here at LifeLine’s DeKalb Animal Services, but this one was phenomenal .”

The shelter was so moved by the touching reunion that they waived all the fees and offered the person assistance through their outreach program – it’s a program that helps the homeless with their dogs.
