Dog Who Spent 7 Years At Shelter Acts Like Puppy When She Gets Family She Always Wanted

When Jennifer Hoyt walked into the door of the SPCA refuge on Oahu and asked the pirates, they were shocked. Half of this elderly dog's life was spent in neglected shelters, seven years to be precise.
