Pit Bull Momma Kisses Her Babies One By One As Rescuers Pull Them To Safety

Mama Pitbull Rescued After Many Attempts by Neighbors Hope Four Paws got a rescue call during one of the worst storms to hit Southern California in years. When the squad arrived on the scene, they combed through the dense brush in search of the Mama pitbull. A mother and her eight newborn pups were huddled in a thicket den, shivering as a result of the storm. Rather than taking the mother Pitbull first, the team began a lengthy process of gaining the dog's confidence. Taking It One Bite At A Time

The first is food, and the second is sweet talk and gentle dog. The lucky leash was slipped around the dog's neck while the landscape was calculated to see how many puppies there were. The mama pit bull gradually began to allow the Hope for Paws team to save her puppies. As they were being saved, she licked each of them. She gave her puppy true love.

Healthy and happy, Eldad Hagar coaxed the mama pit bull out of her thicket nursery until all eight newborn puppies were healthy. She was reunited with her eight puppies, who were all taken to the veterinarian. Since there was no power due to the hurricane, the team relied on flashlights to continue their rescue and ensure that everyone was safe and healthy. The mama pit bull and her eight adorable puppies are now being fostered. They will be available for adoption from The Little Red Dog soon.
