"To the person that dumped this chair, your puppy was waiting for you to come back, slowly starving to death because it was afraid to leave the chair to find food."
A woman was walking down the street in Brookhaven, Mississippi, when she saw something terrible. A truck dumped a recliner and television on the side of the lane, and inside the recliner was a frightened and starving puppy.
She rushed over to the puppy and dialed Animal Control for help. Sharon Norton, the Brookhaven animal control officer who came on the scene, photographed the puppy and shared it on Facebook.
“To whoever dumped this chair, your puppy was starving to death because it was too scared to leave the chair to find food,” she wrote in the caption.“You should be ashamed of yourself for doing this to this puppy... but another day the Karma will meet up with you.”
The puppy was taken to a shelter and fed, groomed, and vetted. He is relieved that he will soon be eligible for adoption and that he will have a second chance at life.

Until we get over the mentality that "it's just a dog"...this will continue....
