Miracle Puppy Survives Brutal Stabbing Thanks To Her Heroic Adopter

Smoke's first owner tried to take her life, but now she's got a wonderful new one!

Smoke, the Pit Bull puppy, has a tragic past, but she hides it well. Humans before her stabbed her at least seven times, causing damage to the trachea and carotid arteries. Smoke would not have survived if it hadn't been for Brad Chambers' good heart.

Smoke is now one of the happiest and most affectionate dogs you'll ever see. She has no evidence of a history of trauma, and she has recovered from all her injuries. However, none of this would have been possible without the help of her new favorite human.

On the Verge of Death Chambers first saw Smoke as a tiny puppy in Virginia, when she crawled under his truck. He noticed she was bleeding when he approached her. The unfortunate puppy was most likely hiding from the person who had harmed her. She had many stab wounds and didn't seem to be going to make it. Fortunately, Chambers, a former cop, knew precisely what to do. He carried a trauma kit in his truck, which allowed him to save the puppy's life. He then rushed her to a neighboring animal hospital for more care. Her injuries were so severe that she had to be taken out of state to North Carolina State University's College of Veterinary Medicine for surgery.

“She has totally recovered from all surgeries, and she has plenty of energy, and her loyalty is unwavering,” Chambers added. Her medical expenses totaled at least $15,000 after all of her surgeries. Chambers paid for some of it out of pocket, but he was able to raise the rest through fundraising. At that time, he realized that Smoke must be a member of his family.

Miracle bullfighting changes lives Chambers adopted Smok because he believed he could provide her with the loving home she needed. She had already come out of her shell and demonstrated her true nature in his presence. So,So Chamberlain is very happy to spend the rest of his life with the cute Pitbull.

Chambers described her as "one of the most loving dogs I've ever met." “This is a dog who needs to find a home where everyone around her can benefit from her love, and, yes, I love dogs.” Smoke is now training to become a registered therapy dog since she is so kind. She can use her charming and optimistic personality to help those in need.

The person who stabbed Smoke has been arrested and accused of cruelty to animals. When they relinquished possession of the dog, Chambers stepped in to provide her with the perfect home. Smoke no longer has to be afraid of getting hurt again.
