James Booth, a U.S. Navy Veteran, and his service dog, a Shar Pei, PitBull and Retriever mix, are the simplest of friends. In the past ten years, they have formed a particularly close relationship, inseparable from each other. The ladybug helped Booth adapt to civilian life after the Navy retired, and helped him live his way of life.
Booth couldn’t imagine his life without Ladybug, so when she was stolen along side his 2008 Dodge Caliber, he was absolutely heartbroken. The car with the ladybug was stolen in the parking lot of the Catholic Charity in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota.
The St. Paul Police immediately launched an investigation and posted on social media to alert the public about the missing dog and car. WithinAt the same time, Booth had a hard time without his furry allies. He couldn’t sleep and was having nightmares that something bad had happened to her.
Fortunately, a person who saw the ladybug story said that they saw a stolen vehicle calling in the town and immediately called 911. Cops tracked down the car and located Ladybug safe, alongside a 33-year-old woman. Ladybug was quickly reunited with Booth, who was thrilled and relieved to possess his sidekick back. the lady who stole her and therefore the car has since been arrested.
