Paul Skinner was cycling down the road on an impeccably regular day when he came upon an absolutely devastated mama spaniel. Her eyes were covered with wounds, and she looked like she had been greatly tortured.
He went to find the dog, only to find that it was terrible that his mother was holding the departed puppy in a waste paper bag. This past in Midville, Lincolnshire, where a 3- at-old canine named Carly was carrying a plastic bag containing the remains of her puppies.
He told the British Borough Council that he saw the incident while riding a bicycle with the Musketeer. They looked around for the owner, but all they planted were the dog licking the fish and chip tote bag that contained her dead puppy. He could not believe notoriety could be so devoid of humanity as to do such a heinous crime.
He also notified the police, RSCPA, and Greyhound Sanctuary, who arrived to help the bereft mama.
PCSO Mick Fern, Fen Bank Greyhound Sanctuary Kennel Supervisor, said that this warhorse believes that these babies were born alive, and that the dogs have been abandoned for so long that the puppies have failed.
