Stevie, a four-month-old eyeless pup, was born with Microphthalmia, a condition in which one or both eyes are abnormally small and results in blindness, writes ilovemydogsomuch.
Stevie has acclimated to life without sight and formally knows how to sit and is presently working on restroom training and more commands. The 21-pound Hole Bull doggy is presently being watched for by a foster through Kalamazoo Animal Rescue after he was abandoned and is now searching for an ever home. She's as sweet as can be and is over to date on shots, desexed, and microchipped.
She's super mettlesome and despite being eyeless, she can still hold her own with other tykes. She enjoys playing haul-of- war, scuffling with her foster pooch siblings and snuggling with her foster parents. Stevie needs a family who'll be veritably patient with her and has experience with eyeless tykes or the passion and coffers to learn. She'd do stylish in a home that has a fended-in vicinity and either minimum stairs or stairs that can be blocked off so she does not fall.
It’s preferred that there be no other tykes in the home, or at least amenable manly tykes, since she's formerly enough dominant herself. She soon does well with the cat in her foster home. Still, please visit the deliverance’s website or talk with them atkar@kalazooanimalrescue, If you are interested in meeting Stevie or espousingher.org.
