Rescuer Liza arrived on scene to check out a canine whose proprietor said was aggressive and had rabies.
The canine was chained outside eating the lawn. She uncaged the boy, but he refused to leave the man who hurt him.
Batur did n’t have rabies. But he was neglected and abused, and this is what unconditional love and fidelity got the canine. But no more.
All what this puppy needs is feeling love and taking care of him . but it seems like he missed all those things because of that his behaviour changed .
