When compassionate Canadian rubberneck Meagan Penman discovered this poor doggy dragging his paralyzed legs along a sand in Thailand, she knew she had to help, no matter the cost.

Therefore began the beautiful and hopeful story of Leo the pup, a paraplegic slapdash who was brought to Canada and plant a new loving home there.

By the anonymous deliverer’s estimates, hey might not have survived another month on his own.

When no rescues in Thailand would take him, she knew she had to take him home.

Now he is being better . his health is better

He can walk and play like other pets

Now, Jamie, agreed to come his foster mama! So lovely and lovable!
