Workers at the Marion County Animal Shelter were shocked to see a very starved dog wearing a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles T-shirt dropped on their doorsteps. When the employees removed the T-shirt, they were appalled to find the dog's wretched, malnourished physique.
Every every bone on the dog's body was protruding. He could scarcely stand on his shaky legs. For months, he hadn't been given much food. To analyze his position, he was hauled in for a comprehensive medical checkup. Following the exams, he was placed on a tight breastfeeding and eating schedule.
The shelter published the dog's terrible story on their Facebook page, prompting an outpouring of concern for the dog's well-being. The dog is currently being cared after in a loving shelter home. In his new home, he has made numerous feline pals and is gradually recovering his vigor and personality.
Meanwhile, animal control authorities are looking into the dog's inexplicable and terrible abandonment. They have requested the public to provide any information they may have that will assist in identifying the dog and his owner.

It apears to me that the culprits alway get away with it or get extremely light sentences.
