Poor Rambo was used for dog fighting and then abandoned to die in this tale.
But he was determined not to give up hope, and now that he has managed to avoid death, he is fighting for the chance to live the life he deserves.
The puppy was discovered by Every Life Matters Animal Rescue on March 23 in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
Casey Lawrence, a real estate agent and member of the rescue team, claimed that she couldn't have come at a better time because Rambo desperately needed attention.
Thankfully, he was taken to the Baxter Veterinary Clinic so that the staff there could treat his wounds.
