A kind garbage man named Dave Carlson in east Columbus, Ohio, saved a poor puppy from certain death when he noticed it inside a dumpster.
According to a post by the Columbus Department of Public Service, the worker discovered the puppy trying to free itself while emptying dumpsters at an apartment complex.
As a result, the worker immediately called Logan Sieg, his supervisor, who also arrived right away and removed the dog from the trash!
Fortunately, the dog was taken to a secure location and given water and peanut butter crackers to eat.
The dog is in perfect health and is ready to go to a forever home!
