Silvana Longer shared the adoption story of the small dog Chiclete. The story of abandonment and subsequent reception of the animal quickly became viral on social networks. As a result, four thousand responses and comments were received within a few days.
Chiclete was Silvana’s ‘neighbor’ – he lived nearby. A short time ago, his owner, who didn’t want him anymore, suddenly abandoned him on the road .
Suddenly, the dog, familiar with living reception, domesticated, was exposed to rain, sun and food shortages at the whim of its former owner. even more than thatIn addition, there is also a charge for weeks without bathing: Chiclete became infested with ticks, which began to debilitate his health.
“We gave water and food, but he still had love for his old home. Unfortunately, it had been very destroyed.” Silvana says.
One night, they informed the lady that Chiclete had fainted on the road . “I couldn’t take it anymore… I went there and carried him inside,” she reported. The next day, the puppy was then taken to a veterinarian, who prescribed medication to prevented tick infestation. He took a shower and now, a few week after starting the treatment against the animals, he's improving quickly and being loved considerably in his new adoptive home.
